Our HOUSE RULES

ENTRANCE:

- For beach entrance, reservation is required. No Walk-ins

- Minimum age requirement is 23+ on Fridays & Saturdays

- There is no age requirement during the mornings on weekdays. 23+ applies every evening

- NO bookings for anyone under the age of 16 without accompanying family members for breakfast

- ID’s will be checked on door and inside the venue so please have the original on you

-Door control and selection policy applies, even if the reservation is confirmed it doesn’t guarantee entry.

DRESS CODE:

- Proper beach wear is required until 7 pm

- T-shirts are a must for breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Casual chic is required after 7 pm; leave the flip flops at home!

GENERAL REGULATIONS:

- Kiki’s will not allow any violent behavior, harassment of any sort or drug usage as it will result in the client being escorted off the premises and out of Hacienda’s gate and will be banned from KIKI’s and sister venues.

- Nannies aren’t allowed

- Animals up to 10 kilograms are allowed only on weekdays on a leash on the beach until 7 pm

- Kids are not allowed on weekends

BOOKING REGULATIONS:

- Changes or cancellations in your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the date of your booking. No refund for no shows and short notice cancellations.

- If you happen to arrive later than your booking time, you will unfortunately not be able to stay past your allotted time slot to avoid congestion of bookings.

- Tickets need to be paid 48 hours after your booking otherwise it will be automatically cancelled and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

-Tables will be cancelled at 6 PM on weekends in case of late arrivals and no-shows.
